NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Sand Creek Village
Community Association will be held at
7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2026, at The Sand Creek Community Room –
3021 Timber Shade Drive, Kingwood, Texas 77345.
The Board of Directors has fixed March 17, 2026, as the record date for the determination of the
membership. You are urged to attend the meeting in person. If you cannot attend the meeting, please sign
and return the attached Proxy so that a quorum may be established, and the election of directors may be
conducted.
