Council Member Dave Martin Hosts Kingwood/Lake Houston Harvey Recovery Information Session
Houston, TX - Houston City Council Member Dave Martin will host an information meeting on Thursday, September 28 at 6:30 p.m., at the Kingwood Community Center located at 4102 Rustic Woods, Kingwood, TX 77345. There will be informational tables available for those that arrive early to the meeting to assist with any questions.
It is paramount that our residents have access to the resources needed to assist them with their recovery. As a result, Council Member Martin has invited representatives from the following organizations to be available to residents at this meeting:
• Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA)
• Solid Waste Department
• Public Works & Engineering Department (Code Enforcement/Floodplain Management Team)
• Housing & Community Development Department
• Department of Neighborhoods
• Houston Police Department
• Houston Health Department
• Harris County Flood Control District
• Harris County Appraisal District
We realize residents have been affected by the storm in many ways. Again, we would like to emphasize that each organization will have an informational table in order to better address one-on-one questions from attendees. The District E council office is here to serve our residents in the weeks, months and even years to come. We invite you to join Council Member Martin for this informative community meeting.
For more information, please contact Council Member Martin's office at (832) 393-3008 or via email at districte@houstontx.gov.
